Searching For Products

Type a product name or number into the search bar . You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item. To narrow your search try the advanced search page. If you can not find a particular product using the search box, simply email us and we will let you know if we carry that item.

Recommend to a Friend

You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the 'Send to a Friend' link on the product detail pages. In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended page to your friend.

Can I have a printed catalog of your items mailed to me?
Our only catalog is online. We would not be able to keep a current list of products, prices and inventory with a printed copy of this catalog since it changes every week. We adjust prices and products on a regular basis. Always check out our home page for new products, featured products, bargains and sale items.

Payment Options

We handle all major credit cards, debit cards available at most banks, and cashiers checks or money orders (no personal checks) made out to E.D. Luce Packaging; orders will not be processed until the check is received. No C.O.D. or credit sales. Credit cards will be processed when actual goods are shipped.

Minimum Orders

There is no internet minimum order, but a $5.00 handling fee will be added to any order under $50.00. Phone and willcall orders require a $50.00 order minimum.

Ordering Samples

Samples can be purchased and are intended as a guide to assist the purchaser in determining the specifications he/she requires and does not constitute specific recommendations or specifications.

It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to determine the adequacy of the closure, bottle or device that E.D. Luce supplies for the purchaser or purchaser's customer's particular product due to their particular knowledge of such matter as:
(a) Product formulation of the intended product.
(b) Intended end use of the package.
(c) The filling, assembly and packaging operations to be utilized.
(d) The shipping and storage conditions.
(e) The method of merchandising the filled package including (but not limited to) handling and shelf life.
We specifically caution the buyer that not all products are compatible with plastic, glass or metal and not to use the bottles, closures, pumps or other articles for the packaging of harmful products and/or any other substance that will be likely to cause injury to person or property. All samples and product data are present for customer information purposes only. No guarantee, warranty or recommendation for any particular end use is intended or implied. No agent representative or employee of E.D. Luce has the authority to make any contrary representations, warranty or agreement.

Change My Order

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply call or send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Order Status

To view the status of your order, click here and enter in your order ID and the e-mail address you used to place the order.

Back Orders

Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

Coupon Redemption

If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

Quantity Discounts

A 10% discount will be applied to all purchases which meet the following requirements:

Your order quantity is 144 or more of any one item.
Your order quantity is 12 or more of any items packaged in quantities of 12.
Your order quantity is 6 or more of any items packaged in quantities of 24.
Your order quantity is 3 or more of any items packaged in quantities of 48.

If you are ordering 5 cases or more , be sure to request a quote for volume discounts. Please call, fax or click here to request a quote.

Closeout Items

Save 50% across the board on all closeout items. All closeouts are subject to availability (first come first serve).

Order Processing

Due to our recent overwhelming number of inquiries and internet orders, you can expect an order to be processed for shipping in 1 to 4 working days. We will call or e-mail you about any back orders or problems with your order. Please give us your daytime phone number when you sign in to the shopping cart.

Shipping Policy & Pricing

We ship UPS ground/air and FedEx air, and add actual freight charges to your order. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska we ship �Priority Mail� insured return receipt.

We understand most of our orders go to businesses and need an �estimated time of arrival�, in general that would be between 2 to 14 days of placing the order. Save yourself money and �order in time�. We'll do the rest.

If you want to pay for expedited shipping, there is a $10 rush charge to insure that your order is shipped the day we receive it. All orders must be placed by 10:am PST. We are closed on weekends.

International Shipping

Exports beyond the continent of North America are subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within the first 2 weeks of receiving your order. There is a 20% restocking fee if you change your mind and return your order. If we pack and/or ship your order and somehow you do not receive it or refuse it, handling or shipping charges will still apply. Please order carefully.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

Take caution of what you sign for when receiving your order. All orders are insured with UPS and FedEx. Check your order on receiving. If it is damaged, contact the shipper and file a claim. Save all of the packaging until the adjuster has been contacted. When receiving freight by truck, carefully check out your order before you sign the paperwork. We have very few damages considering the quantities that we ship.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Accuracy Notice

While Bottles-n-Jars.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Bottles-n-Jars.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Bottles-n-Jars.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Bottles-n-Jars.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
